What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase for any reason.

How long do I have to make a return?

All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

What are my refund options?

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • A replacement product

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Instructions

30 Day Warranty. A 20% restocking fee plus our actual shipping costs applies to all returns that are not our fault. Some examples of when the restocking fee applies are – customer ordered wrong part – customer refused delivery of item in non damaged box – customer found it cheaper somewhere else – product tests good and does not present customer reported fault – customer thought item came with formatting or software already installed, all our hard drives are shipped completely erased of any files, formatting, partitions and software. No refunds will be given until the product is received and inspected by us.
